Participants are encouraged to register as early as possible to take advantage of discounted registration fees.

**In order to get the discount rates for Resident/Student, a Verification Form signed by the head of the department, together with a copy of your passport must accompany the registration form (If registered via the website, please send the additional materials via email (secretariat@icao2013.org) or fax (+82-2-704-0928).

•  Please ensure that the name of the participant is stated on the bank transfer. A duplicate or photocopy of the bank transfer statement with the applicant’s name and address in addition to the payment details must be sent to the secretariat via fax or email.
• Bank charges are to be paid by the registrant in addition to the registration fee.

A confirmation letter will be sent after the receipt of registration fee.

Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.
Registration fees may be paid by credit card only through the secure online registration system at www.icao2013.myhealthywaist.org. Only VISA, MasterCard and JCB are accepted.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via fax or email to the secretariat.

All refunds will be processed after the completion of ICAO 2013 according to the following policy and all processing fees will be deducted from the reimbursement.
•   Cancellations received up to and including June 14, 2013 – full refund.
•   Cancellations received between June 15 to August 23, 2013 – 50% will be refunded.
•   After August 23, 2013 – no refund will be made.


If you do not attend the congress without notice of cancellation, no refund will be given. All above dates are based on Korean standard time (GMT+9).
